Frequently asked questions...

How does this 2 day course work?

Your 1st day will consist of a theory presentation, theory test, doll head practice, real model practice and then russian fan making - this will be a full day. Your 2nd day will be more russian fan making and another real model practice - this will be half a day. You will pass and receive your certificate at the end of your 2nd day. More details will be provided once you've purchased this course. 

How old do I have to be to enrol on this course?

16+ to enrol and pass this course. We advise for 16 and 17 year olds to contact insurance companies prior to purchasing the course. 

When will I know what date my course will be?

Within 7 working days of purchasing this course you will receive a what's app message and email off us providing you with multiple dates that are available for you to choose from. As this is a 2 day course you will be given 2 days which will be one after another. Please make sure you are able to do both dates before you confirm. 

Do I have to bring my own model for the model practice part of this course?

We highly recommend that you bring your own model for when you complete your full set of classic lashes on day 1 and then again when you complete your full set of russian lashes on day 2. This is so you can feel at ease and more comfort with knowing the model rather than it being a complete stranger - it may just help with nerves! However, we can provide a model for you if needs be. This will all be arranged when we contact you.

Do I receive a certificate at the end of this course?

Yes, you will receive a certificate at the end of your course that is fully accredited with CPD.

Can I fail this course?

No! You will be taught the Luxe Lash Haus way which is the best way of all! Your trainer will make sure you are 100% ready and confident before the end of the course. Constructive feedback will be given where necessary so you and your trainer can work together to get you exactly where you need to be so then you will receive that certificate the way you should - feeling like an invincible lash girl!

Please note - payment is non-refundable and courses are non-transferable. The expiry date of this course is also non-negotiable so please be aware prior to purchasing that you have a 6 month time limit to complete this course.
