How old do I have to be to enrol on this course?

16+ to enrol and pass this course. We advise for 16 and 17 year olds to contact insurance companies prior to purchasing the course. 

When will the course start and does the course expire?

The course begins from the day of purchase and you will have 6 months to complete this course.

How does this course work?

Within 5-7 working days of purchasing this course you will receive your step by step guided email of everything you need to complete and in which order as well as your mini starter kit by post. You will be emailed the training manual including your theory test as well as a practical video to watch. Once you have received your mini starter kit you can follow the guide and be on your way to becoming a fully qualified lash technician!

What is the practical assessment?

The practical assessment will require you to present 3 images of before lash application, during and after as well as a clear 3 minute video of your lash placement and as this is a russian course this video will also have to include us being able to see you making those pretty little russian lash fans. The video needs to be clear and unedited and will require you to state your order number at the beginning of the video. You can either use a doll head or a model but we highly recommend a model for better experience and more practice. 

How long will it take to receive the mini starter kit?

Up to 7 working days once purchasing this course you will receive your mini starter kit by post. 

When will I receive feedback once I have sent my theory and practical assessment?

Once we have received your theory and practical assessment we will be in touch within 10-14 working days. All contact will be via email so it is important that you provide the correct email address at checkout as well as your correct contact number for just in case!

Do I receive a certificate at the end of this course?

Yes, you will receive a certificate at the end of your course that is fully accredited with CPD. This will be sent to you via email. If you wish to have a copy of your certificate posted out to you this will cost an extra £20 including postage. Pop us an email once you've received your certificate via email to request a hard copy and we will get back to you to arrange payment.

Can I fail this course?

No! You will be taught the Luxe Lash Haus way which is the best way of all, we will make sure you are 100% ready and confident at the end of the course. Constructive feedback will be given where necessary when we receive your theory & practical assessment. If we do not feel like you are ready we will work with you to get you where you need to be so that when you do get out into the lash industry you feel 100% ready and confident!
